Today in class we discussed and talked about the 5 main components of health. Which are; Spiritual, Mental, Physical, Emotional and Social health. In order to learn more about these components, we did little activities that could go along with them. One of the activities that we did was we had to get to a pole within 20 seconds.. This demonstrated physical health. Another activity that we did was walk up to the athletic fields, this demonstrated physical health.. And also social health, because we saw signs that were spray painted on. On our trip we came across a empty pack of cigarettes, this could go along with physical, emotional, and social health.
